OFFICE COORDINATOR

No day is ever the same for Charlotte and she tackles everything that lands on her desk with friendly efficiency. Her former career as an events co-ordinator required a lot of attention to detail and this is where she excels. Time-consuming tasks such as invoicing, credit control and social media posts are all taken care of, leaving clients free to run their business.

Charlotte enjoys the go-getting attitude at NIMDA which means always going the extra mile and finding a solution to every problem thrown at the team.

Her young family keep Charlotte busy when she isn't in the office, but she enjoys going out for dinner and socialising when she can.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Wendy's passion lies in helping people and she set up Nimda because she wanted to enable businesses to thrive. Clients know they can rely on Wendy to look at the bigger picture, analyse their business strategy and put forward a plan to make their dreams a reality. In doing so, she gives business owners the freedom to prioritise business growth and achieve that much needed work/life balance.

In her spare time Wendy can often be found running in the beautiful local countryside or spending time with her family.

When it comes to starting a business from scratch, clients know that they can count on Penelope's experience to help them hit the ground running. With a background in logistics for motorsports, she is Nimda's go-to expert on office set up and operations. While Penelope's busy organising everything from phones and IT systems to office furniture, business owners have all the time they need to meet prospective clients and build their teams.

Penelope loves being part of Nimda's approachable support team and believes the company has plenty to offer businesses who need a helping hand. Away from work, she can often be found renovating properties or gardening.
